We have a 21-days return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, totally unworn and unused, with security tags on, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customer will need to handle the Insurance and shipping cost involved in the return shipment. For international shipment return, , process maybe a bit complicated due to custom and duty charges involved. Customer will need to contact their local custom for the return shipment arrangement.
Customs duties and taxes for international shipments outside the UK are charged by the destination country's customs authority and are non‑refundable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@quinceblossom.co.uk.
We appreciate your understanding that all custom-made orders and items that have been amended (such as resized rings, bracelets, or engraved items) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. You are welcome to send us email for enquiries.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. It is important to note that the tax and custom duties paid are not refundable as it is the charges collected by buyer's home country. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
