  • Processing & Production Times
  • In-stock items are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Please note that some items may occasionally be out of stock. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or an updated timeline.
  • Made-to-order pieces: Production typically takes 3–4 weeks. We'll notify you with an estimated delivery date and keep you updated on your order status throughout the process.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (GMT) or on non-business days are processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping rates and any applicable charges are calculated at checkout.
  • For shipping enquiries, our team is here to help and will respond within 1 working day.

United Kingdom

  • We offer complimentary delivery across the UK.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
  • If you have an urgent request or require custom work (such as resizing or engraving), please contact us in advance — additional time and charges may apply.
  • For returns from the UK, return shipping (including insurance) is the responsibility of the customer.

International (Outside UK)

  • We ship to various countries outside the United Kingdom.
  • Customs duties and import taxes are calculated at checkout so you won't be surprised by unexpected charges on arrival. Please note that customs clearance can sometimes cause delays outside our control; we'll keep you updated if this affects your delivery. Delivery typically takes up to 2 weeks under normal circumstances. 
  • If your country does not appear in the delivery options at checkout, please let us know. In many cases we can arrange an alternate payment method (for example, bank transfer) and help you complete your order.
  • For international returns, customs duties and import taxes are non-refundable, as these fees are collected by your local customs authority. Return shipping (including insurance) is the responsibility of the customer.
