Shipping policy
Domestic Orders (United Kingdom)
We offer free UK delivery and the orders (unless specified) will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Normally the parcel will arrive in 2-3 days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you need the shipment in urgent, please contact us for further arrangement. Additional shipping charges may apply. Order with special request like resizing/ engraving will need additional time for delivery.
International Orders (Outside United Kingdom)
We ship worldwide and orders (unless specified) will be dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation. For international orders, applicable customs duties and import taxes are calculated based on your delivery country and will be collected at checkout so there are no surprise charges upon delivery. Please note that whilst duties are prepaid, customs clearance processes in your country may still cause delivery delays that are beyond our control. But we will keep customer informed and updated the parcel delivery status. Normally the parcel will arrive in 1-2 weeks.
For international returns, please be aware that customs duties and import taxes charged by your home country are non-refundable. These charges are levied by your local customs authority and are outside of Quince Blossom Jewellery's control. We are unable to reimburse any such fees as part of a return or refund. We recommend checking with your local customs office before initiating a return if you have any concerns regarding applicable charges. Customer will also need to arrange the return shipment (include the insurance and shipping) by their own cost.
Processing Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) on a business day will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates, duties and custom charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen shipping method.
