Authenticity and Guarantee
Every piece of our gold jewellery is fully hallmarked in London by UK jewellery regulations. We guarantee that all diamonds we use are natural and genuine. The item material information will be clearly stated on the official Invoice.
For additional assurance, you may choose to spend GBP 65 to receive an independent jewellery valuation certificate issued by a London-based professional organisation (Lead time: 5 extra working days)
3-year warranty for covering manufacturing defects
Each of our pieces is thoughtfully crafted and carefully inspected before it is delivered to you. Under normal wear and proper care, your jewellery is made to be treasured for a lifetime — and passed down through generations.
However, to ensure you can purchase with complete confidence, we offer a three-year warranty from the date of purchase. Should a manufacturing defect be identified during this period, we will repair your piece free of charge. Simply contact our team, and we will take care of the rest.
What we do not cover
Our warranty covers original manufacturing faults only. It does not extend to accidental damage, normal wear and tear, loss, or by any external factor. If a piece has been altered, resized, or serviced by a third party, the warranty will no longer apply.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If your piece is assessed by our experts and the issue is found to be the result of external factors rather than a manufacturing fault, we will still be happy to carry out a repair. A cost quote will be provided for your approval before any work begins.
Returning Your Piece
Please contact us before arranging the shipment. For all warranty claims and repair requests, customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
